Senior Engineer (Prompt Engineering + Systems Design)

What You’ll Do:

• Design and build core systems powering our AI-driven development tools

• Engineer complex prompt chains that generate structured, accurate, context-aware output

• Own architectural decisions and break down monoliths into modular services

• Create tooling for static analysis, code tracing, and AI-driven refactoring

• Collaborate closely with founders and product teams to ship fast and smart

• Debug deep — like "this LLM token pattern leads to semantic hallucination" deep

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience shipping high-impact software systems

• Mastery in one or more of: C#, Java, TypeScript, Go, or Rust

• Real experience with LLMs — not just calling OpenAI APIs, but actually understanding how to prompt, constrain, and chain them effectively

• Deep understanding of codebases — from legacy spaghetti to clean DDD

• Strong CS fundamentals (algorithms, distributed systems, compilers, etc.)

• Bonus: Ranked competitive programmer, built a PL/AI tool, or refactored a million-line monolith
